The presenters will provide a brief demonstration and explanation of two new NeoGov products: PowerFTO and PowerEngage. PowerFTO is a digital platform that can be used to assist in field training and on-the-job documentation for various positions within an agency. Asheville Police has been utilizing this program for several years and will provide real feedback on it's use in the agency. PowerEngage is a platform for soliciting and receiving feedback from your service community. Pinehurst PD has used this platform and will provide an overview and feedback on their experience.
