This session will provide a breakdown of all of the different types of written directives that can be used in accreditation files. Reference information will be provided on NC statutes, administrative code, and other directives that can be used in files; as well as guidance on understanding the types of written directives necessary for different accreditation standards.

Hannah Silberman
Accreditation Manager, Asheville Police Department
Hannah has been the Accreditation Manager for the Asheville Police department for eight years, where she has managed two successful reaccreditation cycles. Prior to her time as an Accreditation Manager, she worked in Communications for both the police department and UNC system. She holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from UNC Asheville, and a Master's in Project Management from Western Carolina University.
