NCLEAN Conference Vendors

Vendor and Sponsor Information

The expected attendance this year is over 200! The new hotel, the Lumina Wrightsville Beach has larger facilities and capacity than before. The hotel requires a daily $50 vendor fee that provides a table, table cover, chairs, Wi-Fi, and access to power.

Sponsorship Levels

For attendees to have the full conference experience and vendors to maximize their exposure,
vendors are encouraged to sponsor one of our four levels:

Bronze Level

$1,000 toward afternoon snacks and/or audio-visual package.

The vendor will receive an NCLEAN t-shirt with a bronze-colored conference name tag.

Silver Level

$2,000 partial lunch sponsorship
(you may share sponsorship with another vendor)

The vendor will receive a 5-minute introduction with the group, an NCLEAN t-shirt, and a silver-colored conference name tag.

Gold Level

$4,000 partial lunch sponsorship
(you may share sponsorship with another vendor)

The vendor will receive 10 minutes with the whole group on the day of your donation, an NCLEAN t-shirt, the attendee list, and a gold-colored conference name tag.

Platinum Level

$6,000 sole lunch sponsorship

The vendor will receive top status, including 20 minutes with the whole group on the day of your donation, NCLEAN t-shirts, posting on the NCLEAN Facebook page with a logo, a platinum-colored conference nametag, and the attendee list.

The names of all sponsors will be posted on the conference website and registration banner. The size and placement of your logo will depend on your sponsorship tier. Vendors are also invited to attend the NCLEAN-sponsored host night to mingle with attendees.

Sponsors/vendors that have decided on a sponsorship level should contact the hotel directly to provide the sponsorship information. NCLEAN does not wish to collect money directly from any vendor or sponsor.
Please also contact NCLEAN's vendor liaison to notify the group of your selected sponsorship level. The liaison is also available if you have questions or concerns.

The deadline for sponsorship application is August 1, 2025.

Final tier selection and notification to the hotel is required by September 1, 2025.
