Sponsor Information

With attendance of over 200, and a network of over 170 agencies from across the Carolinas, the NCLEAN conference is an excellent way to reach accreditation managers, police executives, and compliance officers from across the state.

This year, the conference will include a sponsor engagement hour - a dedicated first-day session where attendees visit vendors to have raffle forms signed, ensuring every sponsor gets face-time with participants! Peer-level networking is also available through the social night and group lunch.

Beverage/Coffee Sponsor

$1,000 per break

High traffic branding at the coffee or refreshment station during one of the six breaks.

Additional Add-On Opportunities

The deadline for sponsorship payments is October 1, 2025.

The venue charges a $50 daily vendor fee for booths.
The fee includes a table, table cover, chairs, Wi-Fi, and access to power.
